Registration for the face-to-face symposium in Miami includes access to all onsite sessions, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program).
IMPORTANT:
Once you are registered to the MOSS 2026 Symposium, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the Symposium.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until November 20, 2025- 100% refund (minus $ 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from January 1, 2026- 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after January 2, 2026
Liability
The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Musculoskeletal Oncology and Sarcoma Symposium (MOSS). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
